Avoid behavior that disrupts the event or creates a safety concern

Icon Night Events reserves the right to ask a guest to leave an event if their behavior is unsafe, disruptive, threatening, or inappropriate.

In such circumstances, a refund may not be provided.

5. Food and Beverage

Some events may include food, beverages, or refreshments.

If you have food allergies, dietary restrictions, or other concerns, please contact Icon Night Events before attending whenever possible.

Although we may provide ingredient information when available, Icon Night Events cannot guarantee that food or beverages are free from allergens or cross-contamination.

6. Photography and Video

By attending an event, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs or recordings taken during the event.

If you have concerns about appearing in promotional materials, please contact Icon Night Events.

7. Intellectual Property

The Icon Night Events name, logo, website content, original artwork, event materials, written content, graphics, and other original materials created by Icon Night Events are the property of Icon Night Events or are used with appropriate permission.

Guests may take photographs of their own artwork and event experience for personal use.

Guests may not reproduce or commercially use Icon Night Events' original materials without permission.

8. Third-Party Content and Themes

Some Icon Night Events may be inspired by existing television shows, movies, books, characters, or other entertainment properties.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Icon Night Events is not claiming ownership of those third-party properties.
