Cancelation Policy
At REP Art Classes, we strive to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants. Please review our cancellation policy below:
Rep Art Classes are open for sign ups starting April, but each participant will be able to only sign-up from June through August.
Cancellation Notice:
Cancellations must be made at least *48 hours prior* to the scheduled class start time.
* **Refunds:**
* Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund.
* Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class are non-refundable.
This policy is in place because class sizes are limited. When a seat is reserved and later canceled, another participant may have missed the opportunity to attend. Additionally, classes are planned based on expected attendance, including instructor time and prepared materials. Supplies are purchased in advance for each participant, and late cancellations result in unused materials and unrecoverable costs.
* **Rescheduling / Class Credit:** If you are unable to attend, you may request to reschedule or receive **class credit** toward a future session. As these are seasonal summer classes, additional sessions will likely be offered. However, class credits are **non-refundable** and must be used for a future class. In the event that classes are no longer offered, unused credits will not be eligible for a refund. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.
