About Me

portrait of REP

I’m a single mom of three boys and a lifelong artist with a deep passion for creativity in all its forms. From a young age, I was always creating—singing with my dad who was in a barbershop quartet, dancing, writing poems, and spending hours drawing, sculpting, and painting. Art was where I felt most like myself, and over time it became my main way to express, connect, and understand the world around me.

Since then, creating has helped me work through life in ways words sometimes can’t. That’s what I want to offer here—a space where you (or your kids) can explore, try new things, and simply enjoy the process. This is a place to try new mediums, explore different techniques, and most importantly, to grow, heal, and relax through art.

My goal is to provide a creative space for all ages—whether through parent-and-child classes, kids classes, or adult sessions—where individuals can develop their skills, express themselves freely, and feel supported every step of the way. This is a place to grow, relax, and express yourself without pressure, while discovering what art can mean to you.

In addition to nurturing creativity, this work is connected to something deeply meaningful. A portion of every class supports the non-profit at remconnective.com that helps women and children in our community rebuild and thrive after experiencing domestic violence. When you participate, you’re not only investing in yourself or your family—you’re also helping create opportunities, stability, and hope for others who need it most.

If you feel inspired to give beyond attending a class, there is also an option to donate directly to this non-profit using the button "donate." Every contribution, no matter the size, helps make a lasting difference.
